My son, Scoot recently saw that his bank balance was low. He found that the automatic debit for the rent on his apartment jumped up by 35% unexpectedly. When he called the property manager for his apartment to ask about the additional charge they told him his lease was now month to month and that he had no recourse or options. Scott called Karen at Showcase PM to try to find a more reasonable apartment. Within 4 days, he saw several properties, chose his favorite and negotiated and signed a lease. When the property manager at his old apartment tried to threaten him with a lock out and seizure of all his possessions, the staff at Showcase PM showed Scott the Florida Statues he needed to quote to the old property manager to keep his rights and property protected.
